Windham resident Joseph Malnati was recently selected as the winner of a $1,000 shopping spree through a recent TD Banknorth Maine promotion.
Maine residents were able to enter the sweepstakes and received a free MusiCooler last summer by switching to a SimplyFree Checking account with TD Banknorth.
Malnati recently met with TD Banknorth Vice President Rebecca Hauk, business development and sales manager at the North Windham branch, to accept the prize.
Last June, TD Banknorth launched the six-state SimplyFree Checking promotion, offering the opportunity for six winners, one per state, to receive TD Banknorth VISA gift cards valued at $1,000, valid where VISA debit cards are accepted.
