Caleb Biggers, 26, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of failure to register vehicle in Gorham on Nov. 18, 2005 and was fined $100.

Richard P. Karnes, 21, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of theft of services in Portland on Dec. 6, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 15 days, restitution $19.10. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 15 days, restitution $19.10.

Michael Kelley of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Scarborough on Nov. 4, 2005 and was fined $150.

Jan. 3

Peter M. Corbin, 54, of Windham paid by waiver a fine of $100 for littering in Windham on Nov. 7, 2005.

James Godfrey, 43, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on Apr. 7, 2005 in Windham and was fined $600.

Brandon Libby, 19, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of harassment by telephone in Standish on July 13, 2005 and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating a protective order from harassment and was fined $250.

Roger Madore, Jr. 29, of Simpsonville, N.C. was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on Sept. 17, 2005 and was fined $350.

Michael Venezia, 26, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of trafficking tobacco in the Adult Correctional Facility in Portland on Aug. 12, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

William Wheatley, 47, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of cultivating marijuana in Gorham on Oct. 3, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for one day. He was also found guilty on a charge of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and was fined $150.

Jan. 4

Rebecca Knox, 25, of Sanford paid by waiver a fine of passing a stopped school bus in Windham on Nov. 3, 2005 and was fined $250.

R.W. Herrick, Inc. of Standish paid by waiver a fine of $100 for Rule Violation (inadequate tires) in Portland on Oct. 9, 2005.
