Allen Cressey,25, of Limington, was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Gorham on Nov. 18, 2005 and was fined $150.

Abdifatah M. Haji, 19, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on Nov. 13, 2005 and was fined $100 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Michael E. Merrill, 22, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI in Gorham on Nov. 14, 2005 and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for one year.

Jan. 3

John Bell, 47, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Gorham on Sept. 28, 2005 and was fined $850, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for 18 months. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric and was fined $250.

Jerrold Davis, 35, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on Oct. 7, 2005 and was fined $500. He was also found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates and was fined $250.

Brandon Libby, 19, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of protective order from harassment violation in Gorham on Aug. 28, 2005 and was fined $250.

William W. McCandless, 20, of Los Angeles, Calif., was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Westbrook on Aug. 18, 2005 and was fined $200.

Mary O’Donal, 43, of Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Westbrook on Feb. 12, 2005 and was fined $250.

Hetal A. Pancholi, 26, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over the speed limit in Gorham on Nov. 15, 2005 and was fined $500.

Clinton J. Robbins, 20, of Topsham, was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 27, 2005 and was fined $250.

William Wheatley, 47, of Standish, was found guilty on a charge of cultivating marijuana in Gorham on Oct. 3, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for one day. He was also found guilty on a charge of using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and was fined $100.

Andre K. Gadbois, 19, of Buxton, paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating vehicle without a license in Gorham on Nov. 26, 2005.

Emily Moore, 20, of Boothbay, paid by waiver a fine of $100 for failure to register vehicle in Gorham on Nov. 19, 2005.

Jan. 23

Angela Ames, 23, of Hollis, was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on Oct. 19, 2005 and was fined $100.

Holley Briere, 21, of Yarmouth, was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Nov. 27, 2005 and was fined $100.

Lori Cameron, 31, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license in Gorham on Dec. 14, 2005 and was fined $150.

Laurie A. Smith, 37, of Portland, had a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in Westbrook on July 10, 2003 dismissed.

Amanda M. Worcester, 20, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Westbrook on Nov. 24, 2005 and was fined $200 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Jan. 24

Timothy S. Alfiero, 26, of Standish, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Sept. 26, 2005 and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Dale E. Hersom, 41, of Standish, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Apr. 30, 2005 and was fined $250.

Kevin Korenkiewicz, 25, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Oct. 23, 2005 and was fined $600 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days.

Rocky D. Leavitt, 20, of St. Albans, was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on Oct. 13, 2005 and was fined $100 and had license suspended for 30 days.

James W. Lindvall, 22, of Durham, N.H., was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Westbrook on Aug. 18, 2005 and was fined $100. He was also found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor and was fined $300.

James Moreau, 25, of Standish, was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on Oct. 21, 2005 and was fined $100.

Joel A. Sanborn, 29, of Auburn, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Oct. 27, 2005 and was fined $250.

Ashley Lanzilotti, 19, of Fryeburg, was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Dec. 10, 2005 and was fined $200.

Joshua M. Marceau, 20, of Livermore, was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Dec. 11, 2005 and was fined $200.

Jeremy Pearson, 19, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Dec. 2, 2005 and was fined $200.

Jeffrey S. Reddington, 19, of Canton, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Dec. 9, 2005 and was fined $200.

Kevin Stadley, 19, of Saugus, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Dec. 15, 2005 and was fined $200.

Richard Vinton, Jr. 40, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of failure to register vehicle in Gorham on Dec. 14, 2005 and was fined $100.

Feb. 7

Lisa R. Johnson, 35, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Cumberland on Nov. 5, 2005 and was fined $300. She was also found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Cherie Thompson 23, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Falmouth on Nov. 12, 2005 and was fined $250.

Stacy Wiggins, 30, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Cumberland on Aug. 23, 2005 and was fined $500. Charges of unlawful use of license and operating after registration was suspended were dismissed.

Feb. 8

Lorraine Hurrell, 49, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Aug. 14, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours. She was also found guilty on a charge of drinking in public in Portland on Aug. 24, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours.

Feb. 9

Jason Martin Hernandez, 21, of Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Westbrook on Feb. 6, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Timothy Spellman, 39, of Gorham, had charges of assault and criminal threatening in Gorham on Oct. 15, 2005 dismissed.

Feb. 10

Thomas R. Cressman, 20, of Germantown, Md., was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Nov. 18, 2005 and was fined $250.

Kevin S. Kelly, 23, of Scarborough, paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in Westbrook on Dec. 13, 2005.

Jay E. Shane, 39, of Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Jan. 1, 2006 and was fined $250.

Sean M. Walker, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was found guilty on a charge of possessing liquor in Gorham on Dec. 27, 2005 and was fined $200. A charge of transporting liquor was dismissed.

Feb. 13

Rachel Collins, 27, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Westbrook on Oct. 26, 2005 and was fined $700 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for one day.

Christine C. Layte, 33, of Standish, was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Westbrook on Oct. 28, 2005 and was fined $250.

Scott McGovern, 30, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Portland on Dec. 23, 2005 and was fined $750.

Jasmine Micucci, 32, of Westbrook, had a charge of protective order from harassment violation in Westbrook on Sept. 9, 2005 dismissed.

Jeffrey L. Plourde, 25, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on Dec. 16, 2005 and was fined $350.

Michael A. Shepard, 20, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor in Westbrook on Nov. 5, 2005 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Feb. 14

Veronica Brown, 20, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of assault in Portland on Oct. 11, 2005 and was fined $300, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all but two days suspended and given probation of one year.

Eleanor Grimaldi, 33, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on May 26, 2005 and was fined $575.

Denise G. Lowell, 47, of Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – prior in Portland on Oct. 13, 2005 and was fined $250.

Mary Steinmetz, 18, of Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Oct. 12, 2005 and was fined $250.

Tia Woodward, 22, of Westbrook, was found guilty on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery in Cape Elizabeth on Nov. 15, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours on each charge.
