A Cape Elizabeth man faces charges after crashing his motorcycle in South Portland on Sunday.
William Clark, 53, crashed a 1995 Harley-Davidson at 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 27 at the intersection of Mitchell Road and Sawyer Street.
Clark was charged on Sunday with operating under the influence, operating after suspension, possession of a suspended license, violation of bail conditions and an outstanding warrant for an OUI he received in June in South Portland, said Sgt. Steve Webster of South Portland.
Clark has six prior OUI convictions in Maine and Florida. He was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, Aug. 29.
