Michael Nile, 28, of 21 Hillside Ave, Casco, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of operating after suspension.

Matthew Trudel, 35, of 11 River’s Edge Road, Gray, was arrested Aug. 31 on a conditional release violation.

Mark Jordan, 46, of 9 Giles Road, Westbrook, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol.

Kicked in

The front door of a house on Brown Cove Road was kicked in on Aug. 28.

Redeemed

Windham Country Farm Center was broken into on Aug. 28 and redeemable bottles were stolen.

Didn’t do it, officer

Someone struck a Falmouth Road resident’s parked motor vehicle while she was inside the Windham Mall on Aug. 28. Possibly, the vehicle owner said, the culprits were three youths who she said rammed a shopping cart into her vehicle. When police arrived and asked the juveniles, they denied any wrongdoing.

Sounds like a duck…

A female heard three loud bangs on outside her house overnight on Aug. 30. In the morning there was a report of a theft from the vehicle parked nearby.

Loser’s weepers

A young man kicked an older woman’s PT Cruiser in the Shaw’s Supermarket parking lot apparently because she took his parking spot. A witness to the man kicking the vehicle told police about the incident. But since the elderly woman didn’t want to report it, police had to drop the case.

Hard-up criminals

Four vehicles were rifled through Aug. 30 on Park Road. Stolen were loose change, a Mariah Carey CD and a few dollar bills.

Stolen CDs

CDs were stolen out of a car parked on Lakeside Drive on Aug. 30. The music-loving thief got away with a black windshield visor wallet filled with 30 CDs.

Tagged

Officer Jeff Smith, school resource officer, reported that someone had spray painted graffiti on the high school Aug. 31.

Drive-off

Someone drove off with $32.81 worth of gasoline from the Big Apple South gas station.
