A Scarborough sports equipment shop is pitching in to help with a Cape Elizabeth-based group’s efforts to fund an artificial turf field.
Arlberg Ski and Sport Shop, Route 1, is offering a ski or snowboard tuneup for $25, a $34.99 value, and donating the $25 to Kids’ Turf of Cape Elizabeth. The offer is good through Nov. 19.
Kids’ Turf is attempting to raise money to install an artificial turf field at Cape Elizabeth High School by spring 2007.
