On Nov. 3, Scarborough police arrested a Florida man and charged him with possession of over 12 pounds of marijuana.
Fermin Gonzalez, 53, of Key Largo, Fla., was arrested at the Extended Stay America Hotel on Ashley Drive in Scarborough and charged with unlawful trafficking and possession of illegal drugs. Gonzalez was taken to Cumberland County Jail and will be arraigned later this afternoon (Nov. 6).
