Theodore Abbott, 24, Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Feb. 29, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Christina Ainsworth, 21, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 26, 2004.

Donald B. Alward, 29, South Portland, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Cape Elizabeth on Sept. 16, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 20 months, probation revoked.

Robert C. Andrews, 34, Portland, requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked and failing to obey traffic officer’s directions in South Portland on July 14, 2004.

Lewis R. Auspland, 52, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in South Portland on May 11, 2004, and was fined $750. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Scott Balfour, 51, Cape Elizabeth, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on June 20, 2004.

Michael Barry, 21, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on a charge of allowing a minor to possess liquor in Scarborough on June 20, 2004.

Thomas E. Baslik, 56, Baktunire, Md., was found guilty on a charge of Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Scarborough on May 7, 2004, and was fined $500.

Nichole Bellino, 27, South Portland, violated probation on two charges of burglary in Portland on Jan. 8, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $81 on each charge.

Mark J. Bennett, 46, South Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in South Portland on June 21, 2004.

Marlaco R. Bethune, 29, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in South Portland on Feb. 24, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days.

Urban L. Blaisdell II, 33, Casco, requested a jury trial on charges of assault and terrorizing in South Portland on Aug. 8, 2004.

Marc J. Bohunko, 55, Wilkes Barre, Pa., was found guilty on two charges of Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Scarborough on March 21 and March 22, 2004, and was fined $250 on each charge.

Keith Bourgeois, 31, Yarmouth, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on June 20, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Mark E. Bowen, 49, Saco, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 24, 2004, and was fined $2000, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 6 months suspended, given probation of 2 years and had license suspended for 6 years.

Charles F. Breen, 39, Portland, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Sept. 23, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 8 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $199.84.

William R. Brennan, 35, Portland, violated probation on two charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on Apr. 15 and Apr. 24, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 60 days suspended, probation 2 years and restitution $480.

Timothy Broad, 35, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 2, 2004.

Michael A. Butler, 32, South Portland ,requested a jury trial on charges of assault and terrorizing in Scarborough on July 17, 2004.

Nicole Cardamone, 23, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on April 16, 2004.

Joseph M. Carroll, 27, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on April 21, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Michael A. Caswell, 24, Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Portland on July 14, 2004, and was fined $500, suspended $350 and restitution $270. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Susan Chase, 41, South Portland, was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on April 29, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, all but 45 days suspended and given probation of 1 year on each charge. A charge of burglary of a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Margaret C. Cheney, 36, Portland, had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Feb. 10, 2004, dismissed.

Chun X Chi, 51, Somerville, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in South Portland on June 9, 2004, and was fined $250. Charges of assault and criminal trespass in South Portland on June 8, 2004, were dismissed.

Mark W. Clancy, 44, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on June 14, 2004.

Julia Coan, 49, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on June 18, 2004.

Freda Cohen, 83, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 19, 2004.

Robert R. Cooper III, 23, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on Feb. 14, 2004, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 12 days and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Feb. 15, 2004, was dismissed.

William Cote, 42, Portland, violated probation on charges of criminal trespass, violating condition of release and criminal mischief in Scarborough on Oct. 26, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 13 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christine M. Courchesne, 30, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 26, 2004.

Scott E. Cruickshank, 38, Augusta, was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and one charge of misuse of identification in South Portland on Oct. 20, 2000, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, restitution $470 on each charge. Two other charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer were dismissed.

DC Air & Seafood Inc., Winter Harbor, was found guilty on a charge of Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Scarborough on April 14, 2004 and was fined $250.

Jennifer Doe, 38, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on March 24, 2002, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of refusing to sign uniform summons complaint was dismissed.

Stephen M. Donovan, 47, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Jan. 11, 2004, and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.

Christopher Dow, 32, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 4, 2004.

Keith M. Dubois, 32, Gorham, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in South Portland on Aug. 6, 2004.

Robert T. Dunne, 27, Hollis ,requested a jury trial on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by unauthorized use of property in Cape Elizabeth on July 4, 2004.

Stephen Esquibel, 34, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in South Portland on Sept. 19, 1999, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 34 months, probation revoked. He was found guilty on a second charge of burglary of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 8 days, probation partially revoked. He was found guilty on a third charge of burglary of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 34 months, probation revoked. He was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and one charge of forgery in Westbrook on Jan. 1, 2001, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 4 years, all but 18 months suspended and given probation of 3 years on each charge.

Benjamin A. Esty, 29, Gorham, had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on April 14, 2004.

Sherri L. Ferrier, 35, South Portland, was found guilty on charges of theft of services and misuse of identification in Westbrook on Oct. 24, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, given probation of 2 years, and restitution of $1380 on each charge.

Kenneth G. Fine, 48, Belfast, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on April 28, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 18 months.

Todd J. Gammon, 33, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on July 2, 2004.

Joseph Garland, 33, Lewiston, violated probation on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property in Scarborough on April 27, 1999, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 24 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel L. Garte, 54, Bar Mills, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 19, 2004.

Tyler J. Hanson, 21, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of leaving scene of motor vehicle accident in South Portland on Feb. 18, 2004, and was fined $250.

Alison W. Harding, 21, Topsham, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 5, 2004.

Cher M. Hebert, 40, South Portland ,requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in South Portland on July 9, 2004.

Arash Hejabian, 28, South Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in South Portland on May 31, 2004.

Joseph Hersom, 22, Bath, was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in South Portland on April 24, 2004, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 1 year. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Dennis James, 42, South Portland, violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Falmouth on Feb. 26, 2002, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all but 72 hours suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 90 days.

Jeff Jean-Paul, 26, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 300-plus mph over speed limit in Scarborough on May 30, 2004.

Fred J. Jennell, 56, of Sanford, Mich., had a charge of operating motor vehicle after suspension in South Portland on Feb. 19, 1986 dismissed.

Barbara Keene, 52, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Apr. 23, 2004 and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Jacob Labbe, 20, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on March 1, 2004 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days.

Christopher J. Legassy, 35, Portland, was found guilty on charges of operating beyond license restriction and violating condition of release in Scarborough on May 9, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days on each charge. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $1000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days and had license suspended for 4 years. He was found

guilty on a charge of operating beyond license restriction in Scarborough on June 6, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. He was found guilty on charges of displaying false license or ID and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge. Charges of operating after suspension and a second charge of violating condition of release were dismissed.

Justin Leland, 30, South Portland, requested a jury trial on charges of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plusmph over speed limit and failing to stop for officer in South Portland on June 11, 2004.

Jaime Leonard, 27, Standish, violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on July 18, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland Jail for 21 days,

probation partially revoked, probation continued. Probation was also violated on a charge of criminal forfeiture of property.

Lucia Lombardi, 28, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Feb. 14, 2002, and was fined $100.

Sean J. Lydon, 31, Biddeford, was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on March 5, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days.

Antoine Maalouf, 22, Old Orchard Beach, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 27, 2004.

Kathleen M. Malia, 54, Cape Elizabeth, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Falmouth on July 15, 2004.

Jeffrey S. McClellan, 44, Cape Elizabeth, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Cape Elizabeth on Dec. 25, 2003, and was fined $1,000 and had license suspended for 30 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of terrorizing and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, all suspended, given probation of 1 year and community service of 100 hours within 6 months.

Phillip E. McClure, 28, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on Jan. 30, 2004, and was fined $800 and had license suspended for 18 months.

Michelle L. Mendoza, 27, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 31, 2004.

Jessie A. Merrick, 24, Arundel, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Feb. 22, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Sophia E. Mineri, 41, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 22, 2004, and was fined $650 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua James Mitchell, 23, Portland, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Oct. 9, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 11 months, 15 days, probation revoked.

Brian Mulkern, 26, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Scarborough on June 25, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of corrections for 9 years, 9 months and 1 day, all but 4 years, 9 months and 1 day suspended and given probation of 2 years. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.

Gary W. Nason, 45, South Portland, requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence, driving to endanger and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in South Portland on June 25, 2004.

Penny Ouellette, 33, Biddeford, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Nov. 4, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year.

Peter J. Ouellette, 33, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, refusing to sign summons and criminal mischief in Portland on July 16, 2004.

Baraka L. Oyuru, 32, South Portland, violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Portland on Sept. 15, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 months, 15 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. Also violated probation on charges of assault, violating condition of release and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days.

Kiran Patel, 25, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of leaving scene of motor vehicle accident in South Portland on Feb. 26, 2004 and was fined $150.

Brett M. Pearce, 35, Westbrook, violated probation on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two charges of criminal forfeiture of property and one charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Scarborough on Oct. 18, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 13 months, probation partially revoked.

Anthony Pennell, 27, Scarborough, had a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates in Scarborough on Mach 3, 2004, dismissed.

Gregory Pierce, 51, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 11, 2004.

Jessica Pike, 25, Portland, was found guilty ona charge of operating beyond license restriction in Scarborough on April 25, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days.

Jo Poirier, 47, Old Orchard Beach, was found guilty on a charge of operating beyond license restriction, correct lens in Scarborough on April 8, 2004, and was fined $100.

Loyal S. Pratt, 33, Old Orchard Beach, had a charge of assault in Scarborough on May 13, 2004, dismissed.

Jeffrey H. Punsky, 46, South Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 27, 2004.

Byron Quantrano, 33, Limerick, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on May 22, 2004, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Shawn Rideout, 27, South Portland, requested a jury trial on charges of assault, obstructing report of crime and criminal mischief in South Portland on July 19, 2004.

Ra Romano, 51, East Millinocket, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in South Portland on Mar. 19, 2004.

Richard P. Romano, 51, Cape Elizabeth, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on March 17, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 90 days.

John Rossetti, 39, South Portland, violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Standish on Feb. 10, 2000, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 months, probation partially revoked. He also violated probation on charges of eluding an officer, passing a roadblock and assault.

Mychal Jason Rudolph, 24, Dorchester, Mass., violated probation on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on Nov. 4, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, probation partially revoked. He also violated probation on a charge of criminal forfeiture of property.

Eufemio Santana, 22, Belfast, violated probation on a charge of escape in South Portland on June 10, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 months, probation partially revoked.

John R. Shorb, 60, Scarborough, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 14, 2004.

Andy T. Silva, 23, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on June 8, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days, restitution $700. Charges of burglary and criminal mischief were dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of burglary in South Portland on July 16, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 45 days suspended, probation of 2 years, restitution $1,100 and community service 25 hours within. He was found guilty on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days on each charge.

Joao Silvestre, 22, South Portland, was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Scarborough on Jan. 27, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days. He was found guilty on charges of criminal trespass and assault and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation of 1 year and restitution of $3,811.41 on each charge. Charges of burglary, robbery and a second charge of criminal mischief were dismissed.

Charles t. Smith, 41, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Scarborough on May 17, 2004, and was fined $500.

Russell L. Souza, 50, Cape Elizabeth, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond on May 18, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 9 months, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 18 months. A charge of operating after suspension was dismissed.

Denis S. Stikin, 22, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 23, 2004.

Steven Stults, 25, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on April 20, 2004, and was fined $300, had license suspended for 30 days and given community service for 25 hours within.

Leonard Tarvers, 41, Portland, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Oct. 22, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 months, probation partially revoked.

Megan Towne, 23, Kennebunk, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Feb. 24, 2004, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 24 hours.

Matthew Tozier, 27, Litchfield, was found guilty on a charge of eluding an officer in Scarborough on March 2, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 55 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 55 days. A charge of passing a roadblock was dismissed.

Lindsay M. Tracy, 19, Portland, had a charge of operating after suspension in South Portland on May 29, 2004, dismissed.

Katharine F. Waite, 26, Portland, requested a jury trial on a charge of failing to yield right of way in South Portland on June 9, 2004.

William Walker, 24, Limerick, was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on March 8, 2003, and was fined $500.

Clifton Wallace, 29, Gray, requested a jury trial on a charge of theft of services in South Portland on Feb. 17, 2004.

Jeffrey W. Walsh, 39, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on two charges of violating condition of release, one charge each of operating vehicle without a license and operating under the influence in South Portland on July 17, 2004.

Linda M. Watt, 51, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Sept. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation 1 year, restitution $2293.51.

Jarod D. Way, 32, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on May 13, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Michael Young, 30, Rockland, requested a jury trial on charges of driving to endanger, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, operating after suspension and operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 1, 2004.

Stephen P. Young, 26, Gray, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on April 18, 2004,and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 90 days.
