The following cases were heard in 2007 in District Court in Portland:

Sept. 17

Noel C. Hebert, 30, of Hollis Center was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on July 21 and was fined $350.

Aimee Meyer, 37, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on July 23 and was fined $250.

Leonard Washington, 50, of Dumas Ark., paid by waiver a fine of $750 for rule violation, operating with false duty in Westbrook on July 23.

Sept. 18

Edward Buzzell, 39, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Westbrook on June 2 and was fined $150.

Mark S. O’Brien, 20, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on Sept. 16.

Peter Russo, 52, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Gorham on May 28 and was fined $150.

Christopher G. Sanborn, 27, of Baldwin had charges of assault and violating condition of release in Gorham on June 2 both dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on June 5.

James Whitehouse, 30, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Falmouth on Aug. 6 and was fined $250.

Sept. 19

Corey Hall, 29, of Porter paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on June 12.

Sept. 24

Peter J. Dore, 21, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $100 for attaching false plates in Westbrook on July 28.

Nathan M. Parlin, 27, of Westbrook was found guilty by default on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on July 26 and was fined $350.

Robert Price, 40, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on July 24 and was fined $200.

Crissy Sjulander, 27, of Waterboro was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Nov. 3, 2006, and was fined $650, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Amanda Tubbs, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on July 1 and was fined $250.

Sept. 25

Peter J. Dore, 21, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $100 for attaching false plates in Westbrook on July 28.

Alicia N. Newcomb, 18, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on July 7 and was fined $200.

Christina Rogers, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Aug. 17 and was fined $250. She was also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on Sept. 6 and was fined $400.

Catherine J. Terroni, 35, of Westbrook was found not guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gray on Dec. 17, 2005.

Sept. 26

Edward C. Marshall, 33, of Lyman requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on July 21.

Michael O’Brien, 65, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of failing to stop, remain, render aid and personal injury in Portland on June 12.

Sept. 27

David J. Adams, 35, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on charges of violating condition of release and operating while license was suspended/revoked-OUI, prior in South Portland on Aug. 29.

Melissa J. Allard, 25, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Portland on March 3, 2006.

John J. Anthony, 24, of Standish requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Gorham on July 2.

Savoeum Em, 32, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in Westbrook on June 21.

Tanya Lee Ennis, 27, of Standish requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on May 31. She also requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked and operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on June 6.

John J. Mzzioti, 56, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on June 15.

Khemphone Nouchanthavong, 35, of Auburn requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Westbrook on Oct. 6, 2006.

David Reali, 20, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence, operating while license was suspended or revoked and violating condition of release in Westbrook on Sept. 1.

William Wilcox, 38, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release in South Portland on Aug. 17.

Oct. 1

Albert F. Brown, 51, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Aug. 11 and was fined $800.

Benjamin Byther, 21, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Gorham on Sept. 7, and was fined $250.

Mark Richard Crigger, 38, of Morristown, Tenn., paid by waiver a fine of $250 fur rule violation, duty status not current in Westbrook on Aug. 13.

Lyndsey A. Harrison, 18, of Newburgh, N.Y., was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on Sept. 6 and was fined $200.

Seth M. Haven, 19, of Belfast was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Gorham on Aug. 31 and was fined $300.

Lane Johnson-Smith, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of harassment by telephone in Westbrook on July 30 and was fined $500.

Joseph Kehoe, 20, of Scituate, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in Gorham on Jan. 28 and was fined $100.

Ricky A. MacLean, 44, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $100 for littering in Westbrook on Aug. 3.

Karli Murphy, 28, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook on July 31 and was fined $200.

Jessica L. Petty, 19, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Westbrook on Aug. 12 and was fined $200.

Travis A. Ruby, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in South Portland on June 22 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days.

Anthony Charles Sedita, 19, of Baldwin was found guilty on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Gorham on Sept. 6 and was fined $500. He was also found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor and was fined $200.

David Taylor, 34, of Westbrook was found guilty on two charges of terrorizing, May 14 and May 25 in Portland and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge.

Michael J. Welch, 36, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Westbrook on Aug. 3 and was fined $300.

Oct. 2

John W. Clark, 44, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on March 22 and was fined $400. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release.

Johnathan Collins, 20, of Westbrook was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Westbrook on Aug. 2 and was fined $200 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Anthony P. Kingston, 29, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration suspended in Westbrook on Aug. 2 and was fined $300.

Paul Pinette, 31, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 14 and was fined $250.

James Young Sr., 39, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on June 18 and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days.

Oct. 3

David G. Bober, 26, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on May 5.

Christopher Jordan, 30, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Aug. 4.

Mary Poitras, 43, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Aug. 9.

Kristina Shavirov, 19, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Aug. 10.

Ronald Strout, 28, of Buxton requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Portland on Aug. 13.

Chrystal Alexander, 19, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on June 3.

Darren Richard Corey, 33, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit in Portland on July 10.

Eugene Simon Faorigon III, 36, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Cumberland on July 10.

Miah M. James, 25, of Saco requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence – one prior, operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior and violating condition of release in Gorham on June. 16

Raymond Lyon, 21, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of criminal mischief in Westbrook on Jan. 15. He also requested a jury trial on a charge of reckless conduct in Westbrook on Aug. 6.

Danielle Reynolds, 23, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Aug. 3.

Tammy Reynolds, 42, of Gorham requested a jury trial on charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham on Aug. 3.

Debora Stobie, 44, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Windham on Aug. 10.

David T. Stuart, 32, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $250 for rule violation, unsafe loading in Portland on Sept. 4.

Deanna M. Angel, 30, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Dec. 9, 2006, and was fined $350, restitution $40.

Shannon Ettinger, 35, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on Jan. 10 and was fined $150.

Robert Stubbs, 37, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on Sept. 2 and was fined $250. A charge of unlawful use of license was dismissed.

Oct. 9

Evan S. Benz, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Aug. 29 and was fined $250.

Donna M. Bilodeau, 28, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on June 24 and was fined $575.

Michael R. Hanlon, 19, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on Oct. 6, 2007.

James E. Larrabee, 62, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of engaging a prostitute in Portland on Aug. 30 and was fined $250.

Joshua Randall, 32, of Falmouth was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on May 21 and was fined $150. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked was dismissed.

Oct. 10

Christopher Allen Stacy, 29, of Marietta , Miss., paid by waiver a fine of $250 for rule violation, duty status not current in Gorham on Sept. 13.

Oct. 11

Betsy J. Libby, 47, of Gorham had charges of disorderly conduct and violating condition of release in Westbrook on Oct. 9 both dismissed.

Christopher A. Mancini, 18, of Westbrook had a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor in Westbrook on June 2 dismissed.

Oct. 12

Leo W. Beaucage, 36, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Portland on Sept. 2 and was fined $250.

John Burke Jr., 37, of Westbrook had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Sept. 1.

Christopher J. Chapman, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of surfing during prohibited hours in Scarborough on Aug. 26 and was fined $25.

Jonathan Collins, 20, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Gorham on Aug. 26 and was fined $300, suspended $100 and restitution of $75.

Lincoln P. Davis, 27, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on Aug. 31 and was fined $575 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Jennifer Elkins, 33, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on Aug. 25 and was fined $500.

Elizabeth A. McLellan, 51, of Rockport had a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on Aug. 29 dismissed.

Daniel Perrin, 19, of Gorham had charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery in Gray on Dec. 5, 2006, both dismissed.

Sir Hamilton Price, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Sept. 8 and was fined $250.

Daniel R. Sanford, 19, of Gorham had a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Aug. 27 dismissed.

Keith R. Stevens, 29, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Gorham on Aug. 30 and was fined $300. He was also found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Matthew S. Tricomi, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of surfing during prohibited hours in Scarborough on Aug. 26 and was fined $25.

Marcelo Vieira, 26, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on Aug. 31.

Oct. 15

Lindsay Maffei, 31, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Oct. 12 and was fined $350. Also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Daniel Perrin, 19, of Gorham had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on April 25, 2006 dismissed.

Oct. 16

Sean Bearor, 22, of Standish paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on Aug. 10.

Amanda Davis, 25, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on four charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two on May 14, one each on May 15 and May 16) and three charges of forgery on May 14, 15 and 16.

Sally W. Gustafson, 21, of Portland requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on June 24.

Corey A. Payer, 30, of Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook on Dec. 19, 2006.

Michael Poole, 40, of Monson, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on April 16, 1994, and was fined $450 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Nataliya Fisenko, 47, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Sept. 4 and was fined $250.

Philip Joseph, 18, of Waterville was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 7 and was fined $200.

Bethany Jusczak, 20, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Sept. 20 and was fined $200.

Alex R. Lefebvre, 18, of Winslow was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 7 and was fined $200.

Michael J. Maddaleni, 18, of Peabody, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit in Gorham on Sept. 2 and was fined $500.

Johnna L. Michaud, 20, of Millinocket was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on Sept. 7 and was fined $100 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Mina Moore, 19, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit in Gray on July 14 and was fined $800.

Andrew Morse, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 29 and was fined $200.

James Rogers, 44, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum in Scarborough on Aug. 23 and was fined $150.

Patrick E. Salamone, 19, of Sandwich, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham on Sept. 6 and was fined $100.

Jonathan D. Santos, 19, of Lynnfield, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Sept. 3 and was fined $200.

Andrew W. Stone, 20, of Hollis Center was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 27 and was fined $200.

Timothy F. Sughrue Jr., 21, of Wilmington, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Sept. 20 and was fined $200.

Steven J. Tremblay, 41, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating motor vehicle over a closed way in Gorham on Sept. 19 and was fined $250.

Skyler A. A. Masse, 20, of Alburg, Vt., was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on April 27 and was fined $250.
