Paul S. Andrews, 24, of Hampden was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Scarborough on Jan. 8 and was fined $150.

Danielle Bouffard, 25, of South Portland was found guilty by default on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Cape Elizabeth on Oct. 11, 2002, and was fined $100.

Crystale Castro, 31, of Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 29.

Vincent Ciampi, 17, of Scarborough requested a jury trial on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: more than 30 mph over speed limit in Westbrook on Dec. 14.

Jennifer Cunha, 25, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Jan. 13 and was fined $350.

Sherry L. Kendrix, 28, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in South Portland on Oct. 21 and was fined $750.

Kara Law Champagne, 25, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on April 25, 2006, and was fined $250.

Meghan L. Perreault, 23, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Jan. 7 and was fined $250.

Shields Meats and Produce, Inc. of Kennebunk paid by waiver a fine of $100 for Rule Violation, operating without medical certificate in Scarborough on Jan. 2.

Jesse Talty, 29, of Scarborough requested a jury trial on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on Oct. 6.

Samuel A. Turner, 32, of Charlottesville, Va., paid by waiver a fine of $250 for failing to stop, provide information in South Portland on Dec. 23.

Christopher Waterhouse, 26, of Scarborough requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Nov. 22.

Feb. 26

Fleetline Inc. of St. Paul, Minn., paid by waiver a fine of $750 for Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Scarborough on Dec. 5, 2001.

James M. French, 21, of Windsor was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on April 2, 2006, and was fined $400.

Ryan MacVane, 24, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Set. 26 and was fined $500.

Novel Iron Works Inc. of Greenland, N.H., paid by waiver a fine of $100 for Rule Violation, defective steer control component in Scarborough on Dec. 7.

John Poirier, 56, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Scarborough on Oct. 10, 2006, and was fined $250.

U. Pynnarsaka, 33, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Scarborough on Oct. 8 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Tyler Saucier, 21, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty by default on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Scarborough on April 26, 2006, and was fined $300.

Feb. 27

Anthony Lima, 22, of Ventura, Calif., paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Jan. 9, 2007.

Joseph Pappalardo, 20, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop, provide information in South Portland on Jan. 2, 2007, and was fined $500.

Melanie Patrillo, 17, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor in South Portland on Dec. 1 and was fined $100.

Stuart T. Pendleton, 24, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Cape Elizabeth on Oct. 18, 2006, and was fined $350.

Sean Reilly, 22, of Raymond paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in South Portland on Jan. 11.

Benjamin D. Webb, 24, of Scarborough was found guilty by default on a charge of possession of marijuana in Windham on May 20, 2006, and was fined $350.

Feb. 28

Casey Cribby, 24, of South Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on Dec. 5.

Aaron J. Dallaire, 23, of Cape Elizabeth requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence – no test, failing to stop, remain, provide information and failing to make oral or written accident report in Scarborough on Dec. 27.

Brian Doughty, 32, of Portland requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked and operating after registration was suspended in South Portland on Jan. 5.

Maurice Fontaine, 34, of Cumberland requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Oct. 14.

Amber L. Howe, 21, of Portland requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence – no test, one prior and operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric in South Portland on Dec. 29.

Paul E. King, 66, of Stowe, Vt., requested a jury trial on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release in South Portland on Feb. 12.
