The following cases were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in November 2006:

Timothy Broad, 36, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 2, 2004, and was fined $500.

Ethan C. Bubier, 24, of South China was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Sept. 3, 2006, and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $400.

Craig Carrigan, 39, of South Portland violated probation on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 9, 2001, in Portland and Nov. 20, 2001, in Falmouth and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 12 months, probation revoked on each charge.

Mark S. Clark, 32, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 2 priors in Scarborough on June 18, 2006, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, given probation of two years and license suspended for fiyr years. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days and given probation of two years. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI was dismissed.

Robert J. Conner, 33, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on May 27, 2005, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Casey Cribby, 24, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on June 27, 2006, and was fined $250. A charge of carrying concealed weapon was dismissed.

Christian Darling, 33, of Portland violated probation on charges of assault and obstructing report of crime in South Portland on May 12, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked on each charge.

Shannon E. Douville, 30, of Dayton had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 19, 2005, dismissed.

Larry R. Dow, 43, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of robbery in South Portland on Sept. 21, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Patrick J. Dyer, 26, of Windham violated probation on a charge of criminal trespass in South Portland on April 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days and probation revoked.

Tammy Dyer, 46, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in South Portland on Sept. 25, 2006, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days. A charge of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug was dismissed.

Charles R. Edwards, 64, of Portland had charges of operating under the influence and operating vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Scarborough on April 7, 2006, dismissed.

Kontz Christopher Goody, 23, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Scarborough on April 22, 2006, and was fined $500 and given community service 48 hours within.

Kyle Greenlaw, 22, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on Nov. 12, 2005, and was given unconditional discharge. A charge of burglary was dismissed.

Fulgencio Hernandez, 35, of Portland had a charge of criminal trespass in South Portland on Sept. 27, 2006, dismissed.

Todd Hood, 21, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 1, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four years, all but nine months suspended, given probation of three years, restitution $113.49. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Eric F. Hussey, 31, of Sanford had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 21, 2005, dismissed.

Jeffrey Isham, 47, of South Portland had a charge of operating under the influence – no test in Windham on July 20, 2005, dismissed.

Jerald J. Johnson, 46, of Scarborough had a charge of assault in South Portland on July 14, 2006, dismissed.

Brian J. Kelley, 43, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in South Portland on Dec. 15, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, probation partially revoked.

Timothy A. Kelley, 27, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior in Scarborough on Feb. 19, 2006, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 15 days.
