Peggy R. Harmon, a Scarborough resident, has been promoted to a senior vice president in the marketing department at TD Banknorth Insurance Agency Inc. in South Portland.
She will be responsible for the agency’s marketing department staff, ensuring high percentage of renewal retention and success in writing new business as well as maintaining carrier relationships.
Harmon joined Banknorth in 1982 and has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has previously served as a senior marketing specialist. Harmon, a Fort Kent native, is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
