Benjamin Foster Russell and Emily Brennan Russell, both of Scarborough, were named to the spring 2007 dean’s list at Keene State College, Keene, N.H.

To qualify for the dean’s list, undergraduates must achieve a 3.5 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
