Bruce Akers, 48, of Limington requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on Feb. 28, 2007.

Jon A. Bonior, 22, of Limington paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Feb. 28, 2007.

Nicholas Russell, 23, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on March 4, 2007

May 18

Karen Brown, 52, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on March 23, 2007.

Monica L. Brown, 23, of Sebago was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on March 25, 2007, and was fined $250. A charge of operating after registration was suspended was dismissed.

Matthew Dalton, 18, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on March 12, 2007.

Brian P. Fecteau, 42, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Portland on Feb. 25, 2007, and was fined $100.

Danielle L. Maietta, 20, of Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of theft of services in Gorham on Dec. 10, 2006.

Daniel J. McGloin, 26, of Danvers, Mass., requested a jury trial on a charge of criminal mischief in Westbrook on Feb. 11, 2007.

Donna L. Merrifield, 48, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $100 for attaching false plates in Westbrook on Jan. 26, 2007.

Lisa E. Paquette, 36, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on March 25, 2007, and was fined $150. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior was dismissed.

Aaron Runner, 21, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 6, 2007.

Misty Sergeant, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of forgery in Westbrook on Feb. 3, 2006, and was fined $350.

Jeanna L. Sawyer, 21, of Windham paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 30, 2007.

Thomas David Small, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Feb. 2, 2007, and was fined $250.

Brianna K. Tomasello, 20, of Portland had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Feb. 22, 2007.

May 21

Tony Atienza, 25, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Feb. 9, 2007, and was fined $150.

Rose Bendixen, 48, of Portland was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two charges of misuse of identification in Westbrook on Dec. 15, 2001, and was fined $75 on each charge.

Danny Blake, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on April 8, 2007, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Debbie Brunner, 35, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on March 24, 2007, and was fined $500, restitution $146.95.

Andrew Cole, 32, of Windham had a filing with conditions on a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook on March 25, 2007.

Shawn M. Davenport, 27, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 29, 2007, and was fined $150.

Amanda Dorsey, 19, of Portland paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Feb. 27, 2007.

Kristin M. Dupere, 33, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on March 8, 2007.

Kevin S. Fogg, 34, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on April 1, 2007, and was fined $250.

Todd Everett Forcier, 19, of Gonic, N.H., had a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on Oct. 5, 2006, dismissed.

Elizabeth A. Gallant, 32, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on March 27, 2007, and was fined $250.

Billy J. Grant, 29, of Standish had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on March 16, 2007, dismissed.

Brandon Hale, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Westbrook on March 29, 2007, and was fined $200.

Anthony Houghton, 38, of Gray had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 24, 2007, dismissed.

Randall W. Howard, 48, of Westbrook had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Jan. 26, 2007, dismissed.

James N. Liebowitz, 21, of North Vassalboro had a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Oct. 5, 2006, dismissed.

Thomas M. Machar, 25, of Portland had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on April 15, 2007, dismissed.

Richard S. Massie, 32, of Westbrook had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Oct. 30, 2006, dismissed. He had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Jan. 20, 2007.

Brian McCallum, 48, of Westbrook was found guilty by default on a charge of allowing dog to be at large in Westbrook on April 5, 2007, and was fined $100.

Charles McGee, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on May 19, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. He was found guilty on a charge of false public alarm or report in Gorham on April 14, 2007, and was given unconditional discharge.

Daniel P. Melrose, 21, of Greenville Junction was found guilty by default on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on Oct. 6, 2006, and was fined $200.

Robert Mosley, 60, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on April 1, 2007, and was fined $300.

Kenneth Neptune Jr., 30, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on April 9, 2007, and was fined $500. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended and was fined $150.

Richard A. Pierce, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 23, 2007, and was fined $150.

Brian J. Plowman, 18, of Gorham had a filing with conditions on a charge of passing a stopped school bus in Westbrook on Jan. 11, 2007.

Sean J. Pooler, 24, of Westbrook paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 25, 2007.

Jesse Robinson, 28, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Jan. 29, 2007, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for one year.

Shawn P. Rogers, 29, of Buxton requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence in Scarborough on April 1, 2007, and operating a vehicle without a license in Scarborough on April 2, 2007.

Neal Thompson, 33, of Glenburn was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on April 27, 2007, and was fined $250.

Frederick L. Walsh Jr., 39, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 21, 2007, and was fined $200.

Ronald A. Waters, 45, of Windham had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on Jan. 26, 2007, dismissed.

Joseph A. Wheeler, 18, of Portland was found guilty by default on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on March 30, 2007, and was fined $350. He was also found guilty by default on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $350.

Ronald D. White, 58, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on March 24, 2007, and was fined $350.

May 22

Gregory Bradford, 22, of Limerick requested a jury trial on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor in Gorham on Feb. 18, 2007.

Stephen T. Burns, 47, of Portland requested a jury trial on three charges of violating protective order in Gorham on Jan. 12, 2007.

Taliesen J. Itchkawich, 18, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in New Gloucester on Jan. 2, 2007, and was fined $150.

Alton Libby, 80, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Jan. 14, 2007, and was fined $250.

Robert S. Morton, 32, of Saco requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release in Westbrook on May 11, 2007.

Matthew Sanders, 23, of Westbrook had a charge of violating condition of release in Portland on May 10, 2007, dismissed.

Jenelle W. Vance, 20, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Westbrook on Dec. 30, 2006, and was fined $200.

May 23

Ryan M. Athearn, 23, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release in Portland on April 26, 2007.

Edward Carignan, 59, of Gorham requested a jury trial on a charge of protective order from harassment violation in Gorham on March 29, 2007.

Timothy D. Cox, 31, of Westbrook requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior and operating after registration was suspended in Portland on Jan. 20, 2007.

Michael Mark Fournier, 22, of Gorham requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI and failing to stop for officer in Gorham on Jan. 31, 2007.

Nyajany D. Koda, 31, of Portland had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 24, 2007, dismissed.

Matthew S. Morneau, 20, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Westbrook on March 1, 2007, and was fined $200 and had license suspended for 30 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Robert Owens, 25, of Denmark requested a jury trial on charges of failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Gorham on March 4, 2007.

Garrett Shaw, 20, of Brunswick requested a jury trial on a charge of criminal trespass in Gorham on April 13, 2007.

Neal Thompson, 33, of Glenburn was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on April 27, 2007, and was fined $250.

May 24

Tess Bickford, 21, of Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on March 6, 2007.

Curt R. Peffer, 29, of Gorham paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating ATV on land of another without permission in Windham on March 28, 2007.

Stephen Smith, 34, of Cornish paid by waiver a fine of $150. for operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on Dec. 12, 2005.

Saulo H. Araujo, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit in Gorham on April 3, 2007, and was fined $400.

Ryan M. Danley, 20, of Dayton was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Gorham on April 6, 2007, and was fined $200.

Ryan C. Foss, 19, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Gorham on April 6, 2007, and was fined $200.

Adam N. Frederick, 17, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating ATV on pubic way in Gorham on April 7, 2007, and was fined $100.

Robert M. Grover, 20, of Portsmouth had a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Gorham dismissed.

Marc E. Joyal-Myers, 20, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Gorham on April 6, 2007, and was fined $350.

Chad Lambert, 29, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on April 6, 2007, and was fined $200.

Nicholas Maples, 22, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on April 3, 2007, and was fined $150.

Gary W. McCormick, 24, of Hollis was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on April 4, 2007, and was fined $250. He was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Gorham on April 1, 2007, and was fined $350.
