On June 25, at around 12:30 p.m., a resident of Woodgate Road reported that she was receiving phone calls in response to an advertisement for sexual acts that had been posted online with her number listed. The person who posted the advertisement was contacted and warned for harassment.
Name tag
On June 25, at around 9:30 p.m., a representative from a cleaning company reported that a company vehicle located on Route 1 had been spray painted with the initials “C.M.” The cost of damage was estimated at $200.
Open house
On June 27, at around 12:40 a.m., a Scarborough resident who was out of town received a call informing him that people had broken into his Oak Street home and were having a party. The resident did not press charges.
Ammo drop
On July 1, at around 8:45 p.m., a hand gun, silencer and ammunition were reported stolen from Scarborough Fish and Game. All were later found in the parking lot. The owner had placed the items on his bumper, and they fell off as he drove away.
