Damon Carroll, 28, of Epping, N.H. was found guilty on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon in Windham on July 21 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days.

Curtis Fogg, 18, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond on July 21 and was fined $700 and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license – cond/restric and was fined $400.

Sarah Jo Huntington, 34, of Windham had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on Aug. 4.

Nicole Adams, 25, of Windham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Gray on Aug. 18/

Dominique Lissimore, 18, of Windham paid by waiver a fine of $100 for unlawful use of license in Gorham on Sept. 13.

David Altenburg, 32, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Oct. 17 and was fined $250.

Thomas Golebiewski, 29, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker in Windham on Sept. 24 and was fined $100. A charge of attaching false plates was dismissed.

Adam Serber, 28, of Windham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Windham on July 20.

Patrick Corkum, 20, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on June 27.

Barry Howlett, 47, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on Oct. 11 and was fined $700.

Louis Penna, 31, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on Oct. 5 and was fined $250.

Standish

Jeremy Day, 24, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Gorham on July 31 and was fined $500.

Justin R. Rush, 18, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Westbrook on May 26 and was fined $350. He was also found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor and was fined $200.

Joseph Asali, 25, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gorham on Aug. 11 and was fined $250.

Raymond

Barbara J. Sullivan, 47, of South Portland was found guilty by default on a charge of operating/permit operation of unregistered motor boat in Gray on Aug. 2 and was fined $100.

William M. Barbaria, 27, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Cumberland on Sept. 9 and was fined $500.

Nicole Adams, 25, of Windham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in gray on Aug. 18.

Michael Roberts, 28, of Charlestown, Mass. had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gray on Sept. 25.

Michael P. Ross, 20, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in New Gloucester on Sept. 27 and was fined $350.

Samuel L. Flynn, 31, of Vermontville, Mich. paid by waiver a fine of $250 for Rule Violation, duty status not current in Gray on Aug. 31, 2002.

New Gloucester

Angela Marie Francisco, 19, of Chicopee, Mass. was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in New Gloucester on Sept. 10 and was fined $150.

Trevor A. Lund, 20, of New Gloucester requested a jury trial on charges of terrorizing and criminal mischief in New Gloucester on Aug. 25.

Jason Robert Cote, 24, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in New Gloucester on Sept. 4 and was fined $350.

Aboubakry S. Ly, 35, of Blairstown, N. J. was found guilty on a charge of failing to give correct name, address or date of birth in New Gloucester on July 21 and was fined $200. Was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was fined $150.

Michael P. Ross, 20, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in New Gloucester on Sept. 27 and was fined $350.

John R. Swann, 60, of Bradentown, Fla. paid by waiver a fine of $250 for Rule violation, duty status not current in New Gloucester on July 12, 2000.

Martin Luther Blackwell, 40, of Decherd, Tenn. paid by waiver a fine of $750 for Rule Violation, operation with false duty in New Gloucester on Aug. 30.

Casco

Brian Humiston, 23, of Casco requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Portland on Sept. 15.
