The following cases were heard in Cumberland County Superior Court in July 2007:

Rocco Leo III, 29, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates in Portland on Jan. 3 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Charles Michael Limanni, 36, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Jan. 30 and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

David Christopher Lopez, 32, of Somersworth, N.H., had a charge of criminal trespass in South Portland on Feb. 17, 2006, dismissed.

Ahmed Mahamud, 24, of South Portland had a filing without conditions on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on May 25, 2006. A charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs was dismissed.

Noel Mena, 20, of Brooklyn, N.Y., had one charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on May 17, 2006, all dismissed.

Vanessa R. Michelson, 41, of Hollis was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Oct. 1, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days.

Thomas Mifflin, 60, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior – in Portland on Jan. 11 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of one year, had license suspended for 18 months and registration suspended. He was also found guilty on a charge of failing to stop, remain, provide information and was fined $500.

Patrick Mileski, 22, of Cape Elizabeth had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 7, 2006, dismissed.
