Noah Fracis, 9 of Lisbon, can’t believe his good luck after he scored what is certain to be one of the hottest tickets in New England, tickets to see the World Series champion Red Sox at Fenway Park. Fracis’ luck was even more special because he was personally given the tickets by Sox rookie outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury, who was in Westbrook as part of a Dunkin’ Donuts promotion.
