This letter is in response to Windham Town Councilor Elizabeth Wisecup’s Feb. 15 letter regarding Councilor Kaile Warren. She should not use her position of vice chair to condemn other Windham Town Councilors. It is her job as a leader of the council
to unite rather than divide. She has inferred in her letter that all future votes will be 4-3. Shame on her!
