McLaughlin Garden in South Paris has expanded its Lilac Festival to four days as it runs from May 23-26 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The 11th annual lilac celebration allows visitors to experience the colors and scents of one of the largest lilac collections in Maine. Perennials and lilacs will be on sale all weekend.
The historic house, gift shop, and cafa will be open as well at 97 Main St. Garden tours will be conducted at 11 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. all four days. Th event is free, with a $5 donation requested. For mmore information, call 743-8820 or visit www.mclaughlingarden.org.
