The following cases were decided in Bridgton District Court June 13-26.

Bridgton

Julie S. Benoit, 40, Bridgton was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana April 23 in Bridgton and was fined $350.

Thomas J. Damon, 41, Wellfleet, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of burning without a permit in Bridgton April 23 and was fined $100.

Joshua Goodspeed, 28, Naples was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Bridgton April 9 and was fined $350.

Paul J. Oddi, 43, Bridgton was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana in Bridgton April 25 and was fined $350.

Ian M. Fitzcharles, 10, Bridgton paid by waiver a fine of $300 for sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton April 19 and was fined $300.

Joseph Gain, 19, Bridgton was found guilty by default on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Standish May 17 and was fined $300.

Samantha C. Griffin, 27, Naples was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana in Bridgton April 18 and was fined $350. She was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton April 18 and was fined $300.

Donald E. Harrington, III, 20, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton April 26 and was fined $300.

Mark D. Heath, 43, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Bridgton March 15 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Bradley A. Jenkins, 23, Marshfield, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Bridgton March 28 and was fined $350.

Matthew J. Marshall, 21, Bridgton requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Standish May 17.

John W. Rogers, 43, Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Bridgton April 3 and was fined $130.

Christopher M. Smey, 25, Marshfield, Mass., was charged with “offense charged” for sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton March 28 and was fined $300. He was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Casco

Daniel Arthur Figueroa, 39, Oxford was found guilty on a charge of violation of watercraft rules in Casco May 26 and was fined $100.

Michael Fecteau, 23, Casco was charged with “offense charged” for sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Naples April 10 and was fined $300.

Francisco Merced, III, 20, Casco was charged with “offense charged” for sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Naples May 4 and was fined $300.

Naples

Cory D. Arsenault, 21, Londonderry, N.H., was found guilty by default on a charge of operate/permit operation of unregistered motorboat in Naples May 26 and was fined $100.

Joshua Goodspeed, 28, Naples was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Bridgton April 9 and was fined $350.

Richard E. Johnston, Jr., 56, Littleton, Mass., paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operate/permit operation of unregistered motorboat in Naples May 26.

Jeffrey Miller, 39, Falmouth had a filing with conditions on a charge of illegal possession of live fish in Naples May 10 and was fined $250.

Vincent T. Baer, 52, Winchester, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of operate/permit operating of unregistered motorboat in Naples June 14 and was fined $100.

Matthew Baserwski, 19, Naples was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana in Naples May 4 and was fined $350.

Samantha C. Griffin, 27, Naples was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana in Bridgton April 18 and was fined $350. She was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton April 18 and was fined $300.

Kathleen M. Higgs, 28, Naples requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond May 17.

Shea Roberts, 19, Naples was charged with “offense charged” for possession of marijuana in Naples May 4 and was fined $350.

Heather Trahan, 21, Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond May 19 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Raymond

Brian W. Dove, 40, Sulligent, Ala., paid by waiver a fine of $100 for rule violation, Z not listed prior in Raymond Oct. 10, 2007.

Daniel R. Gelinas, 36, Raymond requested a jury trial on charges of violating condition of release and operating under the influence in Naples May 25.

Paul Hargreaves, 41, Raymond was found guilty on a charge of failing to register vehicle in Bridgton April 14 and was fined $90.

Nicole Nagy, 31, Pownal was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond May 9 and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Sebago

Ricky Norton, 50, Sebago was found guilty by default on a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog in Sebago March 4 and was fined $50. He was found guilty by default on a charge of violation of rabies prevention, Chapter 720 and was fined $90. He was found guilty by default on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large in Sebago March 2 and was fined $150. A charge of dangerous dog complaint violation in Sebago March 4 was dismissed.

Standish

Kevin A. Lewis, 36, Standish had a filing with conditions on a charge of driving to endanger in Standish Feb. 10 and was fined $300.

Mark D. Thompson, 43, Gorham requested a jury trial on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing report of crime in Standish May 4.

Norma L. Bean, 45, Center Harbor had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Standish May 20 and was fined $100.

Ashton Lande, 19, Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish April 21 and was fined $500.

Adam Lawrence, 19, Buxton was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish April 19 and was fined $250 on each charge.

Joseph D. Maxfield, 18, Hollis was found guilty on a charge of assault in Standish Feb. 1 and was fined $300.

Brittany Parker, 19, Gorham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish April 7 and was fined $500, restitution $7.34.

Bradley Young, 19, Yarmouth was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Standish April 20 and was fined $500.
