Last free concert

Rog & Ray will be in concert 6:30-8 p.m. on Tuesday, in the gazebo on the lawn at Gorham Public Safety, 270 Main St.

The concert is the finale of a summer concert series sponsored by Gorham Parks and Recreation Department.

Dean’s list students

Several students from Gorham were named to dean’s lists at colleges and universities for the spring semester.

The students included two seniors, Jamie-Lynn Crow and Katherine Fearon, at New England College, Henniker, N.H.; Emily L. Cross, class of 2010, and Grant S. Goodrich, class of 2009, Clark University, Worcester, Mass.; juniors John Alden Burnheimer and Maura Cullen Brady and senior Karin Diane Cellupica, Bentley College, Waltham, Mass.; and Sarah Alice Slater, a sophomore, Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Penn.

Calling jugglers

A juggling club at the Centre of Movement School of Performing Arts, 19 State St., will meet 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8.

Jugglers and those who want to be jugglers will gather informally to learn and share juggling skills. For more information, call 839-3267.

Art exhibit at USM

The University of Southern Maine Art Gallery will host an opening reception 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, for its juried art exhibit at the gallery on the Gorham campus.

The three-day exhibit, Retinal Delights 3, will run Aug. 8 through Sunday, Aug. 10. The gallery will be open 3-7 p.m., Aug. 8 and 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 9 and 10.

The Bureau of Public Debt reported on July 25 that the U.S. Public Debt was $9,540,689,536,562.79.
