The following cases were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in December 2007:

Joseph Adamos, 37, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Westbrook on June 10, 2007, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days, license suspended for 18 months and registration suspended. A charge of operating a vehicle without a license was dismissed.

Bruce Akers, 49, of Limington had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on Feb. 28, 2007, dismissed.

Chrystal Alexander, 20, of Portland and Gorham was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on Aug. 6, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days. She was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham on June 3, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days.

David R. Boutin, 31, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply with sex offender registry first offense in Westbrook on Aug. 7, 2007 (no fine listed).

Charles Briggs, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of reckless conduct in Westbrook on July 5, 2007, and was fined $1,000.

Tyshiem Brown, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful sexual touching in Westbrook on Nov. 24, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months. Also found guilty on a charge of visual sexual aggression against a child and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, all but six months suspended and given probation of two years. A charge of unlawful sexual contact was dismissed.

Cynthia J. Charczenko, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on May 31, 2007, and was given unconditional discharge. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed. Charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release in Westbrook on Dec. 23, 2006, were both dismissed.

Kayla M. Connolly, 24, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 13, 2006, and was fined $500. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.

Darren Richard Corey, 34, of Gorham had a filing with conditions on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Portland and was fined $250.

Derek Cressey, 27, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Windham on June 1, 2007, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Anthony D’Alfonso, 21, of Westbrook had a filing with conditions on a charge of unlawful use of license in Westbrook on Aug. 7, 2007, and was fined $100.

Paul Druchniak, 48, of Standish had a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Westbrook on May 25, 2007, dismissed.

Eric R. Ellis, 55, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Aug. 10, 2007, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland Clounty Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Savoeum Em, 32, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on June 21, 2007, and was fined $500. A charge of operating after habitual offender revocation was dismissed.

Eugene Simon Fadrigon III, 36, of Gorham had a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Cumberland on July 10, 2007, dismissed.

Daniel S. Fields, 34, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Portland on June 29, 2007, and was fined $1,000. Charges of operating after registration was suspended and failure to register vehicle were both dismissed.

Ryan Frank, 25, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Oct. 15, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but six months suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $837.80. He was found guilty on three charges of theft by receiving stolen property in Windham on Oct. 18, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three years, all but six months suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $925 on each charge.

Shirley Garland, 48, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on July 24, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, all but nine months suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $129.99. She was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on June 12, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for one year.

Timothy J. Gillis, 39, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on April 26, 2007, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Nathaniel Glavin, 28, of Buxton was found guilty on three charges of forgery and three charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Dec. 12, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months on each charge. He was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Bridgton on June 25, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months and given probation of two years. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months.

Jason W. Gooch, 33, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 5, 2007, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of failing to stop, remain, provide information was dismissed.

James Gorman, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of violating protective order in Westbrook on Sept. 8, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Westbrook on Sept. 9, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Norman A. Hightower, 26, of Norway was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Gorham on Sept. 10, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for six years, all but 18 months suspended and given probation of three years. He was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – injury and was fined $2,100, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months and had license suspended for six years. He was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension – accident with injury and was fined $500, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months and had license suspended. He was found guilty on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 364 days. He was found guilty on a charge of aggravated driving to endanger and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months and had license suspended for 18 months.

Caitlyn A. Irving, 23, of Portland had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on July 14, 2007, and was fined $500.

Kathy Iseri, 37, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 17, 2007, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Miah M. James, 26, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Gorham on June 16, 2007, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days. She was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 10 days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior was dismissed.

Herbert D. Johnson, 26, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Dec. 22, 2006, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Kurt Johnson, 50, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating snowmobile under the influence in Gorham on March 11, 2007, and was fined $1,000.

Mark Kevin Jordan, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – two priors in Windham on Sept. 1, 2006, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all but 21 months suspended, given probation of two years and had license suspended for four years. He was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 30 days.

Charles W. Keith, 41, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of violating protective order in Westbrook on April 15, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for six months and given probation of two years. He was found guilty on a charge of assault and was fined $300 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but six months suspended. He was found not guilty on a charge of obstructing report of crime.

Steadman Kerr, 50, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on Aug. 3, 2007, and was fined $575 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Frederick Knowles III, 39, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on April 14, 2007, and was fined $500. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked was dismissed.

Erin Lebel, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Windham on June 24, 2007, and was fined $650 and had license suspended for 30 days.

Betsy J. Libby, 47, of Gorham had a filing without conditions on two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and one charge of violating condition of release in South Portland on June 14, 2007.

Charles M. Limanni, 36, of Westbrook had charges of robbery and theft by unauthorized use of property in Portland on Nov. 16, 2007, both dismissed.

Matthew Linscott, 25, of Otisfield was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer in Westbrook on June 7, 2007, and was fined $500. He was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked and was fined $500. He was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates and was fined $200.

Thomas Lyons, 49, of Sabattus was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Gorham on March 15, 2007, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Charles McGee, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in Gorham on July 29, 2007, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, had license suspended for 18 months and registration suspended.

Michael Morehead, 30, of Gorham had a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on July 31, 2007, dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Portland on Aug. 9, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six days.

Diane L. Murray, 37, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on June 20, 2007, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Kerry A. Neptune, 34, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of theft by deception in Portland on Aug. 1, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $300.

James Alan Nilsen, 45, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply to sex offender registration act, second offense in Portland on Dec. 6, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days.

Charles K. Novicka, 56, of Rockport was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 29, 2007, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Michael O’Brien, 66, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Portland on June 12, 2007, and was fined $500. A charge of failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury was dismissed.

Melissa J. Parslow, 35, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Scarborough on July 5, 2007, and was fined $800 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked was dismissed.

Corey A. Payer, 30, of Portland had a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook on Dec. 19, 2006, dismissed.

Lawrence S. Proctor Jr., 23, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on June 24, 2006, and was fined $10 and given unconditional discharge.

Wade J. Ramsdell, 23, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on June 1, 2007, and was fined $575 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Barbara Rego, 50, of Sebago Lake was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test, two priors in Gorham on Dec. 2, 2006, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 15 months suspended, given probation of two years and had license suspended for four years. She was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation – two priors and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but 15 months suspended, given probation of two years and had license suspended for four years. She was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Danielle Reynolds, 23, of Westbrook had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Aug. 3, 2007.

Jesse O. Rousseau, 19, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Jan. 14, 2007. and was fined $600 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Dean S. Seavey, 43, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Nov. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months, all but 60 days suspended, given probation of one year, restitution $350.

Dana R. Smith, 30, of Biddeford had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on April 10, 2007, dismissed.

Debora Stobie, 45, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence -one prior in Windham on Aug. 10, 2007, and was fined $700.

Michael Underhill, 21, of Gorham had a charge of disorderly conduct in Portland on Jan. 9, 2007, dismissed. A charge of violating condition of release was also dismissed.

Troung Sang Van, 24, of Worcester, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Westbrook on March 16, 2007, and was fined $400, sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but nine months suspended, given probation of two years and criminal forfeiture of property.

Gary Wallace, 38, of Durham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test, one prior in Westbrook on July 7, 2007, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 364 days, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of one year, had license suspended for 18 months and registration suspended. Charges of operating after registration was suspended and operating a vehicle without a license were both dismissed.

Bonnie Waterman, 39, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on April 12, 2007, and was fined $250. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on July 9, 2007, was dismissed.

Vincent Woods, 37, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Gorham on Aug. 19, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 14 days suspended and given probation of one year.

Christina Wotton, 19, of Westbrook had a filing without conditions on a charge of assault in Westbrook on Oct. 21, 2006.
