Amanda Nadeau, 18, South Casco was found guilty on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Windham May 26 and was fined $1,000.

Kayla Dion, 19, Casco had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland Dec. 12, 2007 dismissed.

Steven Gilson, 19, Casco was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Windham April 8 and was fined $500. He was also found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Anthony R. Bernardini, 55, Gray was found guilty by default on a charge of operating unregistered snowmobile in New Gloucester Jan. 1 and was fined $100.

Thomas McKay, 21, Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gray April 26 and was fined $500 and had license suspended 90 days.

Janine Castrucci, 31, Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham Jan. 8 and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 72 hours and had license suspended 90 days.

Charles Chamberlain, 51, Gray requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior.

Joseph Ferri, 21, Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Cumberland March 31 and was fined $250.

Michael Murray, 20, Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Gray April 26 and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Joseph Foster, 30, Virginia Beach, Va. was charged with being a fugitive from justice (extradition) in Gray July 19.

William Blake, 41, Gray was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham Dec. 11, 2007 and was fined $250.

Jon J. Galbreath, 25, Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Falmouth July 20 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 3 days and had license suspended 90 days.

Naples

Jolene S. Ireland, 33, Naples had a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook March 21 dismissed.

Robert T. Richards, 52, Clearwater, Fla., was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Naples Nov. 7, 1996 and was fined $400 and had license suspended 90 days. Charges of operating without a license and attaching false motor vehicle plates were both dismissed.

Kathleen Baldwin, 19, Naples requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook May 14.

Kelly Chase Andrews, 22, Naples was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Portland June 23 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 48 hours.

Brittany M. Vezina, 18, Naples had a charge of a minor transporting liquor in Windham May 27 dismissed. She was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Windham May 27 and was fined $200.

Travis William Horan, 19, Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license in Windham Aug. 17, 2007 and was fined $250.

Kenneth Dudley, 21, Naples was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Windham July 1 and was fined $200.

William G. Peters, 23, Naples was found guilty on a charge of trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility in Portland June 2 and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail 48 hours.
