Just a half-hour after ringing in the new year, Westbrook residents Jillian and Jonathan Duplissis welcomed their son, Collin Alexander Duplissis, into the world. At 12:36 a.m., Duplissis was the first baby born at Maine Medical Center in Portland – and the whole state – this year. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 14 ounces.
