4/5 at 7:06 a.m. John Poulin, 45, of Riverside Drive, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Kevin Conger Jr. on a warrant.

4/5 at 3:36 p.m. Joseph Jones, 53, of Forest Lake Road, Gray, was arrested by Officer Phillip Hatch and charged with violation of protective order.

Summonses

4/3 at 12:03 p.m. A male juvenile, 17, of Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Phillip Hatch on charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

4/4 at 8:11 p.m. A male juvenile, 17, of Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of possessing liquor by a minor.

4/9 at 2:49 a.m. Heather Fontaine, 23, of Young Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Kevin Conger Jr. on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Suffering from exhaust-ion

4/5 at 1:13 a.m. Officer stopped a Ford Ranger with a loud
exhaust that was traveling slowly down Hamlin Road. There were two
juveniles inside that police believe may have been the same individuals
that had smashed a half-dozen mailboxes and egged houses around the
Brook Road area.

Mulch madness

4/7 at 6:15 p.m.  A Falmouth Road man called police to report
someone had unloaded a small pile of asphalt in his drive, making it
impassible. When officers arrived, they discovered it was mulch, not
asphalt. Once the man realized is was mulch, he was all set.

Counting coins, instead of sheep

4/8 at 12:47 a.m. Police spotted a man crouched by the gas pumps
at Waldo’s on Route 1. When they confronted him, the man told them he
couldn’t sleep and was out looking for coins with his metal detector.
