4/17 at 11:40 p.m. Christina Tapley, 42, of Knight Hill Road, was arrested by Officer George Savidge and charged with disorderly conduct.

4/22 at 2:27 a.m. Gregory Palmer, 36, of Hunter Way, was arrested by Officer Steve Townsend and charged with operating under the influence, with one prior.


4/18 at 12:45 a.m. Justin Tash, 28, of Sokokis Trail, East Waterboro, was issued a summons by Officer George Savidge on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Serving up bartender chasers

4/17 at 11:19 p.m. Police were called to Bernie’s Place on Gray Road when an allegedly intoxicated patron began chasing the bartender around the inside of the building. The officers tried to calm down Christina Tapley, of Knight Hill Road, before securing a ride home for her, but she resisted and police eventually arrested her for disorderly conduct.

No trespassing

4/18 at 3:20 p.m. Officers were called to settle a dispute between neighbors on Aspen Way. Next-door neighbors were having a civil dispute on property lines, one accusing the other of trespassing. Police advised the neighbors to have the property surveyed.

Still no trespassing

4/18 at 5:30 p.m. Two hours after the first call, police were called back to Aspen Way because the same neighbors were yelling and accusing each other of trespassing.

No ‘No Trespassing’

4/23 at 10:50 a.m. A Kelley Road resident called police to report her neighbor had stolen two of the “No Trespassing” signs that were posted on her fence. Police were unable to find any witnesses to the theft.
