5/18 at 10:31 a.m. Christine Labbe, 23, of Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of operating under the influence.
5/18 at 10:31 a.m. Chad Eaton, 26, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Mark Teceno on a warrant. He was also issued a summons on charges of unsworn falsification and violating condition of release.
5/15 at 11:50 a.m. Samantha Farmer, 24, of Allen Ridge Road, Freeport, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
5/11 at 10:07 p.m. Willie Holmes, 34, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on a warrant.
5/11 at 6:40 p.m. Davis Lavigne, 24, no town listed, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on a warrant.
Summonses
5/13 at 2:51 p.m. Two juveniles were issued summonses by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana, while another juvenile was issued a summons on a charge of illegal transportation of marijuana.
5/12 at 6:54 p.m. Ellen Martel, 43, of Pebble Lane, Bailey Island, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of permitting unlawful use.
5/12 at 5:57 p.m. Crystal Williams, 26, of Togus Road, Chelsea, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of attaching false plates.
5/12 at 11:51 a.m. Charles McKenney Jr., 43, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of assault.
Racial slurs
5/15 at 8:51 a.m. Officers Mark Teceno and Randy Cook investigated the report of vandalism with racial slurs at Mt. Ararat High School. The alleged perpetrator, a male student, has been suspended and the case is being reviewed by the Sagadahoc County District Attorney’s Office, according to police. The student confessed to committing a similar act a few weeks before, police said.
