5/18 at 9:01 p.m. Brian S. Jordan, 27, of Freeport, was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, aggravated trafficking and furnishing scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release and speeding 15 to 19 mph over the speed limit. 

Summonses

5/18 at 9:01 p.m. Julian Alexander Pendas, 24, of Norway, was summonsed on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

5/22 at 9:14 p.m. A 17-year-old boy from Yarmouth was summonsed on a charge of possession of liquor by a minor. 

5/24 at 7:38 a.m. Travis M. Wiles, 26, of Falmouth, was summonsed on a charge of operating under the influence.

Spring cleaning

5/19 at 9:32 a.m. Police were notified of a missing chainsaw. The chainsaw was allegedly removed from the back of a truck at the Information Center on Route 1. It was valued at $400.

Late for an appointment?

5/20 at 12:06 p.m. An off-duty police officer called to report a vehicle driving erratically on I-295. Police say the juvenile driver claimed to be late for an appointment. 

Ghost hunter Yarmouth

5/22 at 3:21 a.m. Police were notified of noises in a house on Wills Way Road. The caller wanted police to check out the situation. Police were unable to find an intruder or anything out of the ordinary.
