5/15 at 3:52 p.m. Yolanda Currier, 33, of Sebago, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a warrant for fraud and on a charge violation of probation. 

5/15 at 9:37 p.m. Karen LaFrance, 45, was arrested on Margaret Street by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of violation of protective order. 

5/16 at 2:35 p.m. Darren Crawford, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer John Bostwick on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/17 at 12:38 p.m. Michelle Lickteig, 38, of Gorham, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Paul Lambert on a charge of operating after suspension and a warrant for OAS. 

5/17 at 5:09 p.m. Miseal Reyes, 22, hometown not listed, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/18 at 8:15 a.m. Shane McAlister, 21, a transient, was arrested on Devereaux Circle by Officer Steven Connors on a warrant and on charges of violation of probation and theft by unauthorized use of property. 

5/18 at 6:32 p.m. Shantell Lockett, 20, a transient, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditional release. 

5/19 at 3:46 a.m. Kristen Carver, 23, of Lewiston, was arrested on Clark’s Pond Parkway by Officer Brian McCarthy on a warrant for failure to appear in court. 

5/19 at 9:07 a.m. Norman Langley, 38, was arrested on Cannon Road by Officer Steven Connor on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence terrorizing.

5/17 at 11:35 a.m. Edward Devine, 48, was summonsed on Fisherman’s Lane by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of dog prohibited on Willard Beach. 

5/18 at 6:32 p.m. Megan Waterman, 21, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and sale and used of drug paraphernalia. 

5/19 at 2:01 p.m. A 14-year-old was summonsed on Highland Avenue by Officer Allen Andrews on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor. 

5/19 at 3:22 p.m. A 17-year-old, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Patricia Maynard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/20 at 11:34 p.m. Samantha Sweeney, 18, was summonsed on East MacArthur Circle by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor.

5/21 at 8:04 p.m. Chelsea Stephenson, 21, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/22 at 3:16 p.m. Eva Sanchez, 19, of Portland, was summonsed on Fisherman’s Lane by Officer Jeffrey Caldwell on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Dog walker fined

5/17 at 12:35 p.m. Officer Theodore Sargent observed a man walking a large brown dog on Willard Beach outside of the permitted hours. Edward Devine, 38, was summonsed for violating the city ordinance, dogs prohibited from Willard Beach.

Alleged Jeep thief nabbed

5/18 at 8:15 a.m. Officer Steven Connors saw a man on Deverueax Circle near a parked Jeep, which had been reported stolen in Portland. The man reportedly fled to a nearby apartment when Connors got out of his cruiser. Responding officers secured the area and nearly two hours later several people exited the residence. Shane McAlister, 21, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized use or possession of a motor vehicle, violation of probation and on a warrant.
