Dream Team got two free throws from Seth Farrington with 2.1 seconds left to edge New Era, 83-81 in men’s Top Flight 4-on-4 Basketball League action. Dream Team had to rally from six down in the closing minutes before Farrington’s heroics. Farrington led the winners with a game-high 41 points, while Jordan Hebert added 18. John Conley and Mike Wilkins each had 20 for New Era.

Smith Barney had no trouble with PBR, winning 82-65. Smith Barney was in control from the opening tip, leading wire to wire. Shaun Williams powered his way to 36 points and CJ Lefevre netted 27 for Smith Barney. Ray Eatmon paced PBR with 20 points and Mike Floyd chipped in with 17.

The Legends ran past Run N Gun, 133-110, in a shootout. CJ Vose continued his hot shooting, blistering the nets for 52 points to lead the victors. Travis Seaver added 30 for the Legends. Mick DiStasio was equally impressive in defeat for Run N Gun, lighting up the scoreboard with 11 3-pointers and 41 points. Rich Wong added 25 for Run N Gun.

VTEC hammered Hancock, 92-64. Hancock actually led by double figures early in the first half before VTEC took over. VTEC used a balanced attack as Jed Johnson scored 25 and Brian Wohl 24. Matt Hancock led Hancock with 28 points and Pat Dempsey added 16.

PBR bounced back in its second game of the week by squeezing past Greely, 79-72. Nick Farynaz scored all 20 of his points after halftime to lead PBR. Eatmon had 22 for PBR. Matt McDonough played a strong all around game for Greely, scoring 35.

A-Team won again, this time over a tough Bus Drivers team, 76-64. James Oberg went for 27 and Jon Gilson scored 15 for the winners. Scott Walker led Bus Drivers with 28 and Derek Goff added 17.

Player of the Week: Seth Farrington of Dream Team (41 points, including two foul shots with 2.1 seconds remaining, to lift Dream Team over New Era).
