8/17 at 10:50 p.m. Michael D. Mello, 40, of 7 Federal St. Apt. 4, was arrested on Federal Street on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

8/18 at 12:42 p.m. Joshua E. Postelle, 22, of 43 Ash Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Federal Street on a warrant arrest charge.  

8/18 at 6:16 p.m. Jacob L. Harrison, 20, of 3 Blue Heron Drive, was arrested on Federal Street on a warrant arrest charge. 

8/19 at 7:12 p.m. A 14-year-old was arrested at Sears on Gurnet Road on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of tobacco product by a person under 18.

8/19 at 9:53 p.m. Alexander Gustafson, 18, of 118 Academy Drive, Bath, was arrested on Perryman Drive on a warrant arrest charge.

8/20 at 1:36 a.m. Derek E. Paquet, 23, of 41 River Road Apt. A4, was arrested on Cushing Street on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/20 at 9:37 a.m. Joshua Lundgren, 19, of 39 Shobe Ave., was arrested on Shobe Avenue on a warrant arrest charge. 

8/20 at 3:24 p.m. Paul J. McLaughlin, 28, of 206 Maquoit Road, was arrested on Middle Street on charges of aggravated trafficking or furnishing scheduled drugs and carrying a concealed weapon. 

8/21 at 6:08 a.m. Allison Rae Hanson, 36, of 45 Maine St. Apt. 7, was arrested on Market Lane on a charge of criminal trespass. 

8/22 at 12:27 a.m. A 17-year-old was arrested on Route 1 on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

8/22 at 11:19 a.m. Timothy Bud Nadeau, 32, of 18 Ford Fair Lane, Harpswell, was arrested at Hannaford on Elm Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violation of condition of release and aggravated criminal mischief (vandalism).

8/23 at 8:44 a.m. Jeffery Bryan Cassel, 51, of 19 Federal St. Apt. 1A, was arrested on Federal Street on charges of domestic violence, assault, obstructing report of a crime or injury and criminal mischief. 

8/23 at 10:29 a.m. Paula E. Apicella, 44, of 95 Cranberry Hill Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/17 at 5:53 p.m. Matthew M. Toothaker, 25, of 14 Hollis Lane, was summonsed on Old Bath Road on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked. 

8/17 at 9:53 p.m. Stacy E. Brown, 25, of 23 Harmony Hill Drive, Topsham, was summonsed on Guadalcanal Drive on a charge of tattooing without being licensed.

8/22 at 11:19 a.m. Police arrested Timothy Bud Nadeau, 32, of 18 Ford Fair Lane, Harpswell, at Hannaford on Elm Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violation of condition of release and aggravated criminal mischief (vandalism). According to police, the aggravated mischief charge was assessed after Nadeau allegedly kicked out a rear side window of a police cruiser, causing a $1,200 worth of damage. Cmdr. Marc Hagan said the 6-foot-3, 240-pound Nadeau had been handcuffed, but rolled onto his back and began kicking after being put into the backseat. Nadeau was also charged with shoplifting. Among the items he allegedly stole was a bottle of Mountain Dew, a Gillette Fusion razor, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and a strawberry pie.

Grandmother charged with OUI

8/23 at 10:29 a.m. Paula E. Apicella, 44, of 95 Cranberry Hill Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence. According to police, Apicella was driving west on Bath Road when she crossed the center line and crashed into a fence near Dead River Oil Co. Riding in the car were Apicella’s two granddaughters, ages 9 and 7. Nobody was injured in the crash.
