Arrests

10/26 at 9:18 p.m. Angelo Ciciotte, 40, of Pinewood Drive, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

11/1 Thomas Mulkern, 23, of Kennedy Park, Portland, was arrested on a charge of failure to submit to arrest and on three warrants.

Summonses

10/27 Johnny Yim, 44, of Church Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating after suspension.

10/27 Mary Barron, 79, of Fairfield Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

10/28 Greggory Myers, 18, of Whitman Spring Road, Auburn, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of reckless conduct.

10/31 at 9:50 p.m. and 10:35 p.m. Fifteen juveniles were issued summonses on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor by consumption. At the same time, Richard Harris, 23, and Daniel Harris, 21, both of Pratt Road, Bowdoinham, were issued summonses on charges of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

11/1 at 11:28 a.m. Thomas Quaranto, 63, of Edgecomb, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on charges of six counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of receiving stolen property.
