11/14 at 12:04 a.m. Nicholas Belkas, 19, was arrested on Devereaux Circle by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol.

11/14 at 1:17 a.m. Stephen Frawley, 26, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Harborview Avenue by Officer Seth Page on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/15 at 4:46 p.m. Danielle Neal, 20, of Casco, was arrested on a warrant on Maine Mall Road by Officer Scott Corbett and on charges of assault and theft by unauthorized taking. 

11/15 at 9:33 p.m. Emma Siegal, 18, of York, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Thomas Simmonds on charges of possession of scheduled drugs and operating under the influence. 

11/16 at 1:02 a.m. David Butler, 20, of Casco, was arrested on a warrant on Park Avenue by Officer Brian McCarthy and on a charge of violation of bail conditions.

11/18 at 5:17 a.m. Warren Peavey, 32, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Steven Webster on a charge of robbery.

11/15 at 5:03 p.m. Two 16-year-olds, of Minot and Mechanic Falls, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking. 

11/17 at 9:18 p.m. John Morris, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Scott Corbett on a charge of operating without a license. 

11/19 at 6:56 p.m. A 13-year-old was summonsed on Cottage Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and illegal possession of liquor by a juvenile. 

11/20 at 3:09 p.m. Kylie Riddell, 18, of Sanford, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Robert Libby on charges of criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking. 

11/20 at 12:06 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Webster on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor, operating without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.

A long lunch

11/15 at 12:43 p.m. A Maine Mall-area restaurant called police after noticing a child who was left unattended in a vehicle. Harry Krigman, 52, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed for endangering the welfare of a child. 

Holiday kicks

11/15 at 4:46 p.m. Police were called to the Maine Mall for report of two shoplifters, one of whom assaulted an employee. A man and a woman had been detained by the store after allegedly attempting to leave the store with clothes they hadn’t paid for. The woman reportedly resisted apprehension by kicking one of the store employees. Jason Nason, 30, was summonsed on a charge of theft and Danielle Neal, 20, of Casco, was arrested on charges of assault, theft and on an outstanding warrant. 

Jewel heist thwarted

11/20 at 3:09 p.m. Security at the Maine Mall called police after apprehending a woman attempting to steal $108 worth of jewelry. One of the pieces of jewelry was reportedly damaged during the attempted heist. Kylie Riddell, 18, of Sanford, was summonsed on charges of theft and criminal mischief.
