Summonses

2/14 at 10:34 p.m. A 17-year-old girl, of Gorham, was issued a summons on a charge of driving to endanger.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was also issued a summons on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Six juveniles were all issued summonses on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Ian Schwarz, 19, of Old Ocean House Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Emmett Lowry Naylor, 18, of Fleetwood Street, Portland, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Jason Strauss, 18, of Porch Street, Portland, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Jackson Sewall, 18, of Norwood Street, Portland, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Travis Wade, 18, of Jeanne Court, Portland, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Kyle Roberts, 18, of Bridgton Road, Westbrook, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. William White, 19, of Sawyer Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on a charge of possessing liquor as a minor.

2/20 at 1:57 p.m. Terence Moriarty, 56, of Longwoods Drive, was issued a summons on a charge of operating under the influence.

Underagers undermined

2/14 at 11:45 p.m. Police responded to a party on Blanchard Road after receiving complaints of parking on a private road. Officers noticed “keep out” signs on the house doors, along with drawn shades and beer cups on the front lawn, according to Lt. Milton Calder. Police issued summonses to 13 teens on charges of possessing liquor as a minor, as well as to a 16-year-old girl, on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor. A 17-year-old boy was also issued a summons on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume, and a 17-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of driving to endanger. Along with Cumberland Police officers Christopher Woodcock, Mark Austin and Ryan Martin, the Falmouth and Yarmouth police, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department and Maine State Police responded.
