The metal band Coheed and Cambria is getting ready to release “Year of the Black Rainbow,” a prequel to the four conceptual albums that make up “The Armory Wars.”
The new album is set for release on April 13. The band is doing a series of pre-album release shows, including one at 7 p.m. Sunday at Port City Music Hall in Portland.
The 21-and-older show, with guest Earl Greyhound, is sold out.
