A Maine woman is celebrating her 105th birthday today.
Edna Bragg says five great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren plan on attending the event at the Phillips-Strickland House in Bangor, where she now lives.
It’s the second party for Bragg, whose birthday was on April 1. The Hampden Senior Citizens, a group of active residents, threw a party for her on Thursday, as well.
Bragg says April Fool’s birthdays run in the family. Four generations share the birth date: Bragg, her her daughter, a grandson and a great-great grandson, who turned 9.
