The Buffalo Sabres have recalled Portland Pirates forward Mark Mancari on an emergency basis from the American Hockey League.
This is the fourth recall of the season for Mancari, who leads Portland in scoring with 71 points (27, goals 44 assists) in 72 games. Mancari
has a goal and an assists in five games with the Sabres this season. Mancari, 24, was selected by Buffalo in the seventh round (207th
overall) of the 2004 Entry Draft.
