WESTBROOK — Police today arrested a Kittery woman suspected in a rash of bank robberies.
Westbrook police said they worked with authorities Farmington, N.H., to track and arrest Bethany Colson, 22, on Park Road. She was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Police said Colson was wanted in New Hampshire for conspiracy to commit bank robbery.
Colson was one of four suspects arrested in a series of bank robberies in Maine and New Hampshire.
The others, 22-year-old Christopher Hildreth, 19-year-old Bo Rodden and 19-year-old Eric Nielsen — all of South Berwick –- were charged Thursday in connection with bank robberies in Dover and Farmington, N.H.
Colson was being held at the Cumberland County jail.
