5/13 at 11 p.m. Shane Billington, 23, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/18 at 1:20 p.m. Shari Owen, 43, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of theft.

5/21 at 7:47 a.m. Richard Hilton, 33, of Walker Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Keith Jensen.

5/21 at 2:53 p.m. Maurice Curran, 79, of Pleasant Street, Wiscasset, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of theft.

5/23 Sabrina Straw, 29, of Tilton, N.H., was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of possession of a Schedule Z drug.

5/23 at 10:15 p.m. Arthur Chasse, 41, of Andover, N.H., was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs, and he was issued a summons on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

5/15 Jesse Glick, 19, of Tarbox Street, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana, illegal possession of liquor by a minor and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

5/17 A boy was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of criminal mischief.

5/19 Westen Gardner, 20, of Cato Avenue, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

5/20 Nathan Donovan, 28, listed as homeless, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of theft by deception.

5/23 Elton Goldmann, 20, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

5/23 Alycia Pelkey, 18, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

5/23 Cory Brann, 20, of Theodore Drive, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

School of hard rocks

5/22 at 2:56 p.m. Officer Richard Ross responded to the report of youths throwing rocks behind CVS on Chandler Drive. He found five youths who denied throwing the rocks. There was no damage found, and Ross moved the kids along.
