PORTLAND - The Portland Sea Dogs recorded 10 hits in an 8-4 win over the New Britain Rock Cats this afternoon at Hadlock Field.

Ryan Kalish again starred for the Sea Dogs with three RBI on a home run and triple. He has seven hits in the last two games.

Che-Hsuan Lin singled three times. Ray Chang and Yamaico Navarro added two hits apiece.

Starter Kyle Weiland (1-3) picked up the win, allowing one run and four hits over six innings.

Reliever Ryne Lawson pitched two scoreless innings. New Britain scored three runs off closer Bryce Cox in the ninth.

The Sea Dogs and Rock Cats play again at 1 p.m. Monday in a game televised by NESN.
