INDIAN ISLAND — The Maine Fire Marshal’s Office is looking for a man who threw two Molotov cocktails into a house on Indian Island near Old Town.

Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in the Tuesday night arson case. Officials say a man who was inside the house escaped injury and put out most of the fire out before the Indian Island Fire Department arrived.

Investigators say a man was seen near the house just before the fire. State police detectives completed a composite drawing of the suspect Wednesday. He’s described as being in his late 20s or early 30s, over 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with a mustache and a scraggly beard.
