TWILIGHT LEAGUE: Ron L. Beaulieu & Co. (1-2) split a doubleheader with Aero Heating & Ventilating (2-1), holding on for a 7-6 win in the second game at Deering Oaks.

Aero Heating won the first game, 6-5, as Sam Butts drove in the tiebreaking run with a groundout in the bottom of the sixth. It was Butts’ third RBI of the game. Matt Liscovitz drove in two runs on two doubles for Beaulieu & Co.

In the second game, Beaulieu & Co. had a 7-1 lead in the fifth inning before Aero came roaring back. Nate Leeman and Mike Tanguay each had three hits for Beaulieu & Co., including Leeman’s three-run homer in the fourth.

NECBL: Kyle Helisek struck out four and allowed two hits in seven innings, and the Sanford Mainers (6-2) scored one run in the eighth and three in the ninth to earn a 4-0 win over the Lowell All-Americans (2-3) at Lowell, Mass.
