If you’re parking in downtown Portland today, Bangor Savings Bank has got you covered.
The bank is celebrating its upcoming expansion in the Portland area by covering nearly 600 downtown parking meters with bright blue hoods that offer free parking for up to two hours. The bank has paid the city for the use of the parking spots.
Bangor Savings Bank plans to open four new branches in the greater Portland area, including one at 180 Middle St., next month.
Bangor Savings offers retail banking and investment management services, as well as comprehensive commercial, corporate, payroll administration, insurance, and small business banking services.
