Freeport’s Nina Davenport of the U-13 Firecrackers blocks a shot against Donna Kent of the Connecticut Spirit during the Adidas Top-64 New England tournament. The Firecrackers, featuring several local players, defeated the New Hampshire Shooting Stars to capture the Championship. Falmouth’s Allie Clement had 14 points and Ashley Briggs added 14 in the title game. The U-12 Firecrackers team came in second.
