Arrests

6/24 Samuel Russell III, 45, of Berrys Mill Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, and issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7/1 at 2:11 a.m. David Howard Jr., 22, of Richardson Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence. He had been issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on June 29 on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

6/26 Jessica Brooks, 20, of Meadow Way, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption and violation of conditions of release.

6/26 Alex Clavette, 19, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.

6/26 Casey Norris, 26, of Centre Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor.

6/27 Reed Sibley, 25, of Fuller Road, Carmel, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Snack shack attack

7/1 at 4:56 p.m. Officer Jason Aucoin responded to the report of a burglary of the snack shack at Varnum Field on Denny Road. Several cases of soda and Gatorade were taken, worth about $200, after forced entry had been gained.

Fire calls

6/28 at 2:41 p.m. and 2:47 p.m. False alarms on Middle Street.
