6/29 at 1:27 p.m. Jason Snow, 31, of Ash Swamp Road, was arrested on Ash Swamp Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of tampering with a witness or informant, violating a protective order and violating bail conditions.

6/30 at 6 a.m. Joseph Rousselle, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a warrant for another agency.

6/30 at 12:30 p.m. Stephen Lebel, 20, of Westbrook, was arrested on Shipwreck Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of violating bail conditions.

7/1 at 1:35 a.m. Kevin Prime, 28, of Scarborough, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Steven Thibodeau on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs.

7/1 at 3:06 a.m. Elliot Bidwell, 18, of Gorham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions.

7/1 at 9:26 p.m. Alvin Miller, 30, of North Street, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating when a license suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions.

6/28 at 2:21 p.m. Paul Cram, 42, of Portland, was summonsed at Walmart by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/29 at 10:03 p.m. Justin Frazier, 28, of Raymond was summonsed on Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

6/30 at 1:23 a.m. Michael Walker, 20, of Biddeford, was summonsed on Pine Point Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

7/1 at 2:25 a.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Maple Avenue by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

7/2 at 9 p.m. Krystian Beal, 20, and Anthony Babb, 21, both of Saco, were summonsed on Broadturn Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of sale/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Season 6 is the best

6/28 at 2:21 p.m.  A Walmart employee called police after allegedly witnessing a man take DVD copies of “Walker, Texas Ranger, Season 6,” and “The Stranger,” from the DVD racks in the store, walk to another part of the store, remove the magnetic alarm devices, put the DVDs in his pocket and then attempt to walk out the front door. The employee reportedly intercepted Paul Cram, 42, of Portland, before he left the store. He was summonsed on a charge of theft.

Bag of money, bag of marijuana

6/29 at 10:03 p.m. Police responded to a call from a driver who allegedly witnessed two subjects getting out of a car and throwing something into the roadway. The car reportedly took off when police approached. The officer pulled the vehicle over and the driver reportedly explained that he saw a plastic bag in the road and money flying around. He told police he pulled over to try to collect the money. The officer observed drug paraphernalia in the back seat of the car. A search allegedly turned up four glass pipes, scissors, a digital scale, baggies and marijuana. Justin Frazier, 28, of Raymond was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

Former prisoner’s electronics stolen

6/30 at 1:04 p.m. A caller reported a number of electronic items had been taken from his bedroom. The caller reportedly told police he had been released from prison the previous day and returned to his room to find approximately $1,575 worth of items missing, including a TV, DVD recorder, Xbox, Handicam, and Playboy electronic clock. The complainant’s cousin had allegedly been using the room while the complainant was in prison.
