7/14 at 8:43 a.m. Jolene S. Anderson, 24, of Bath, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Route 1 and Desert Road on charges of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

Summonses

7/13 at 4:07 p.m. Ryan Bly, 21, of Murch Road, was issued a summons on Pownal and Durham roads on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Doggone rules

7/12 at 1:38 p.m. Residents of the Maquoit Road area contacted police to complain about dogs running loose. Police arrived and reminded residents of the leash law.

Don’t stop ’till you get enough

7/14 at 2:02 p.m. Police responded to the theft of temporary stop signs at the Pownal and Durham road intersection. The signs were replaced, and the estimated cost is valued at $100.
