8/30 at 10:30 p.m. Joshua Cousens, 35, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating after suspension.

Summonses

8/26 at 5:45 p.m. Anne Rossi, 49, was summonsed on Sawyer Road by Officer Eric Fay on a charge of failure to produce insurance.

8/27 at 5:20 p.m. Frank Wright, 65, of South Portland, was summonsed on Shore Road by Officer Eric Fay on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

8/27 at 9:50 p.m. Caitlin Walsh, 21, of Cumberland, was summonsed on Fowler Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of failure to produce insurance.

8/28 at 11:30 p.m. Mariano Mawein, 37, of Dallas, Texas, was summonsed on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

8/29 at 1:35 a.m. Benjamin McCrillis, 33, was summonsed on Wells Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge operating with a suspended registration.

 

Lawn tractor

8/22 at 10:42 p.m. Police responded to the Hannaford Cove area for a report of a tractor trailer truck driving on lawns. Police said the driver accidentally loaded the wrong address into his GPS and then accidentally damaged the lawns while trying to turn around.

Oops. My bad.

8/27 Police met with an employee of a landscaping company who was performing work on Old Ocean House Road, when he was reportedly struck with pellet from a BB gun. The suspect was located by police, and the incident was determined to be an accident.
