The Auburn Mall, one of three enclosed malls in Maine, has been listed for sale by CBRE The Boulos Company for $32 million.
The 300,000 square foot mall is anchored by JCPenny and TD Bank, along with a host of tenants, including Walden Books, Bath & Body Works, Olympia Sports, CJ Banks, Kay Jewelers. The mall is currently at 85 percent occupancy. In addition, Goodwill and Town Fair Tire have retail space on the property.
